The Document View

The Document View refers to the view where you take notes, using several editing tools at your disposal. It's what you see when you tap to open a document from the Library View.

What You Can Do in Document View

Rename the document

  1. Tap the document title at the middle-top:

  2. Tap the title field and change it.

Change the recognition language

The recognition language is used to make your notes searchable through a process called indexing. The default recognition language can be set for new documents, but you can always change it for a particular document.

  1. Tap the language text next to "Recognition Language".
  2. Choose a new language.

The app will re-index the document in the new language.

Move the document to a different folder

  1. Choose Move to a Different Folder.

  2. Choose the destination:

    <aside> 💡 Tapping a folder also show its subfolders, if any. Tap it again to hide its subfolders for a more compact view. To create a new folder in the selected folder, tap the New Folder icon in the top-right corner of the dialog.

  3. Tap Move.

Add a page

  1. Tap the Add Page icon near the top-right corner.

  2. Select the position of the new page:

  3. Select the type of content to add:
