The Document View refers to the view where you take notes, using several editing tools at your disposal. It's what you see when you tap to open a document from the Library View.
Tap the document title at the middle-top:
Tap the title field and change it.
The recognition language is used to make your notes searchable through a process called indexing. The default recognition language can be set for new documents, but you can always change it for a particular document.
The app will re-index the document in the new language.
Choose Move to a Different Folder

Choose the destination:

Tap Move

Tap the Add Page icon near the top-right corner.
Select the position of the new page:
Select the type of content to add:
Add a blank page in the current template: Tap Current Template

Add a blank page in a different template: Do either of the following:
More from Templates...
and choose a different template.
Add a page by pasting one or more copied pages: Tap Paste Page(s)

Add an image from Photos as the new page: Tap Image
. Then find an image and tap on it.
Add one or more pages by scanning a physical document: Tap Scan Documents

Add a page by taking a photo: Tap Take Photo
. Then take a photo and tap Use Photo

Add one or more pages by importing one or more files: Tap Import
and select the file(s).

<aside> 💡 You can also pull up on the last page of the notebook to quickly add a new page.
This works with the default vertical scrolling mode. If you've set horizontal scrolling direction, pull from right to left to add a new page.
If this doesn't work at all, check that "Pull to Add Page" is enabled in GoodNotes Settings. </aside>
