Goodnotes offers multiple options for sharing annotated documents. Export folders, documents, or individual pages easily. Perfect for sharing with others or creating personal backups!

Supported formats

Goodnotes supports exporting in the following file formats:

• Goodnotes document (.goodnotes) - for sharing with other Goodnotes users or for your own backup
• PDF - for viewing in any PDF viewer on any platform
• Image - for viewing in an image viewer on any platform

Export / Print the current document or page

First open the document or page, then:

1. Open the Share and Export menu.

   

2. Choose an Export or Print task:

   • Export This Page or Export All: Export just the page in view or the whole document. Next, change the Export details, then choose Export.

     • Change Export details

   • Print: Print the document. This functionality requires an AirPrint-enabled printer.

Export one or more library items

1. Select those items in the Library View: Open the Views menu > Select Items, then tap the items.

   

2. Choose ****Export, change Export details, then choose Export.

Export one or more pages of a document

1. Select the page(s) from the Sidebar.
