How to Redownload the App

It's advisable to get GoodNotes on all your devices to enjoy a seamless note-taking experience:

1. Make sure to log in to the (Mac) App Store with the same Apple ID you used for the original download.

2. Visit GoodNotes App Store page or your Purchase History.

   <aside> 💡 On iPad or iPhone, you can quickly access the Purchase History by long-pressing the App Store app and choosing Purchased.

3. Find GoodNotes, then choose the "cloud download" button.

<aside> ℹ️ As an existing paying user, if you reinstall the app on the same device, or redownload it on another, the freshly installed app should recognize you as having purchased it and automatically give you full access, as long as you’re logged into the Apple ID that made the original in-app purchase. In the rare event you’re not recognized, you will need to manually tap the Restore Purchase button.

Troubleshooting

• I'm 100% sure I've logged in to my device/machine with the Apple ID I used to buy the full version of GoodNotes, but I’m still using the free version. I don't want to pay again for the full app.
• I can't see GoodNotes from my Purchase History so that I can redownload it as a family member via Family Sharing.
• I chose the GET button or the “download from cloud” icon, but it keeps spinning without actually downloading the app.
• I still can't redownload the app from the App Store.
