A Whiteboard Document is a new document format featuring an infinite canvas, giving users greater freedom for note-taking, planning, collaborative brainstorming, mind-mapping and diagramming.

From the Documents tab of the Library View, choose +New… > Whiteboard.
Set properties of the Whiteboard: Name, Language, Pattern, Color.

(Optional) Select a built-in template to get started quickly.
Choose Create.
A Whiteboard document can contain multiple boards, similar to how a regular notebook contains pages.
To manage boards in the current Whiteboard document:
Open the Sidebar (leftmost icon on the toolbar).

Do any of the following:
Add a new board: Choose Add Board.
Switch to a board: Choose it.
Rearrange boards: Long-press one and drag it to a new position.
Edit a board or take an action on it: Open the board’s menu and choose an action:

Rename: Change the name of the board.
Duplicate: Create a duplicate of the board in the current document.
Move to… or Move: Move the board to another Whiteboard document.
(Apple only) Export: Export the board.
(Apple only) Open in New Window: Open the board in Split View.
Move to Trash: Delete the board.

Take an action on multiple boards:
Select the boards:
iOS/iPadOS
Open More (…) menu (top-left corner) > Select Boards.
Choose the board(s), or choose Select All:

Android, Windows, and Web
Choose an action at the top, or from the More menu:
Open the board from the Sidebar.
Open the More (…) menu.

Change the properties: Background Pattern and/or Background Color.
