Password Protection lets you lock sensitive notebooks so only you can open and edit them with your password or with Face ID or Touch ID on supported devices. Goodnotes uses one universal password for all locked notebooks in your account.
You do this only once.
Open Goodnotes menu (top-right corner of the Library View).
Choose Settings > Document Privacy > Set up Password Protection > Set up Password Protection.
Type your case-sensitive password twice.
Type your password hint to help you remember it (recommended).
Use Touch ID to unlock documents (if available): Enable it to replace manual password input.
Confirm creating a password.
